  • If I lost an item or left it in a guest room, where I can go or who can I call to find it?
    The Security Department has the main lost and found responsibility at Polo Towers.  If housekeeping finds something in your room, they will turn it into Security the next business day.  Please make sure to give us 24 hours to locate a missing or lost item.

  • Where can I park without using Valet? 
    Please make sure that you get a parking permit pass from the Front Desk to put on your dashboard.  Then you are welcome to self-park underground or follow the signs to the open lot north of Polo Towers in the Travel Lodge parking area.  Please do not park in the Rental Car area. No Oversized parking available.

  • Do you have housekeeping services at Polo Towers?
    Our housekeeping staff will come into you room on a daily basis to do trash and towel service.  This includes removing all trash from your room, removing and replacing all towels, and making your bed.  You will also receive a mid-week cleaning during the middle of your weeklong stay.  This service will include the trash and towel service, as will as changing all sheets, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the entire unit, washing the dishes, and dusting. These services will occur between 8am and 3:30pm.  After 5:00pm, please contact the Front Desk for any extra housekeeping supplies.  The Housekeeping department also provides cribs, highchairs, shower chairs, and rollaway beds to those guests needing them based on availability.  Please contact housekeeping at (800) 935-2233 to request one of these extras.

  • Are pets allowed at Polo Towers? 
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Polo Towers.  The only exception to this would be service animals with documentation.

  • Does my room have a kitchen in it? 
    The Polo Towers and Villas one bedroom suites feature full size kitchens with large refrigerator with icemaker, conventional oven, microwave, coffee maker, 4 range electric stove, toaster, cookware, stemware and silverware for 4, and other small appliances.  The Polo Towers and Villas studio suites feature a mini kitchenette area with bar size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and stemware and silverware for 2.

  • I would like to have Polo Towers hold an expensive (ie: laptop computer, camera, jewelry, etc.) item for me during my stay.  How do I arrange that?
    We provide an individual room safe in each room closet.  You are able to enter your own security code combination into the safe for your security protection.  Unfortunately, we are not set up to hold valuable items and by law we would have to sign a document acknowledging that we would do so.  If you have a truly valuable item that you don want to hold in your room safe then we suggest that you rent one of the many safety deposit boxes that are available locally and are listed in the Yellow Pages of the telephone book.

  • Does Polo Towers have a grocery store on property?
    The Logo Shop & Mini Mart is similar to a mini grocery / convenience store.  It is located just off of the lobby on the main floor of Polo Towers.  The store hours are 6:00am 11:00pm. They offer many varieties of snacks and last minute food items that you may have forgotten.  They also feature numerous Polo Towers logo items including t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and more. We now also feature a Coffee Bar of fresh brewed coffee, donuts, muffins and breakfast pasteries.

  • Do you have laundry facilities at Polo Towers?
    Yes, coin operated washers and dryers are located on Floors 3, 6, 9, 12, 16 and 17 of Tower I and on Floors 2, 5, 8, 11 and 15 of Tower III.

  • Where do I park at Polo Towers?
    Our valet staff would be more than pleased to park your vehicle for you in our underground secured parking area.  This is a complimentary service.  Or, if you would rather, you are welcome to self park in our underground parking area or in our open above ground lot.  There is no charge to owners and guests staying at Polo Towers who park on Polo Towers property. For self parking, you must first obtain a parking pass from the front desk at checkin. No Oversized parking available .

  • Do you have a Fitness Center?
    Polo Towers has a state of the art fitness center, separate mens and womens steam rooms, and massage therapists.  The fitness center features equipment from Lifecycle, Body Masters, Versa Climber, Life stride, Nordic Track, and Cybex.  The fitness center hours are Monday through Saturday from 7am 7pm and Sunday from 9am- 5pm.  The fitness center is closed on all major holidays.  The fitness center is free of charge to all Polo Towers owners utilizing their owner time and interval international guests and charges a nominal fee to all other users.  All users of the fitness center must be 18 years or older.  Please call (800) 935-2233 and ask to speak to the fitness center to book your massage appointment or ask any questions that you may have.

  • Do you provide shuttle service to and from McCarran Airport?
    Not at this time.  There are several shuttle companies at the airport.  They are located right outside of baggage and charge approximately $5.00 per person for service from the airport to Polo Towers.

  • Does Polo Towers have Internet service in the room?
    You are able to direct dial from your room through your telephone for Internet service.  The charge is the same of a local phone call (as long as you are using a local phone number 50 cents). We also have wireless internet connectivity available in all room - at daily and weekly rates.

    Polo Towers and the Villas at Polo Towers are located in the heart of the Las Vegas Boulevard between MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood and Casino.  The Monte Carlo is just across the Strip.

    Our concierge would be happy to book activities and make reservations for you in advance.  They are able to provide discounts on various shows and attractions in town and make golf reservations for you at the time of your choosing.  They would be more than happy to give you advise on dining, excursions, and anything else that you are looking for.  The Concierge also provides names and numbers to babysitting services in town.  Please contact them at (800) 935-2233 and ask to speak to the Concierge.  Their hours are Monday - Sunday from 8am - 6pm.

  • Do you have a pool?  Is it indoor or outdoor?  What are the hours?
    Polo Towers has two outdoor pool areas.  The rooftop pool and spa is open to all ages from 8am to 5pm and to adults only (13 years and older) from 5pm to 10pm.  The rooftop pool and spa is located on the 22nd Floor of the Polo Towers.  It is open from 8am - 10pm and is closed seasonally based on the weather conditions.  The pool deck area features covered cabanas, 2 BBQ grills and sinks, restrooms, lounge chairs, and much more.  Towels are available poolside.  The family water park and play area is located on the ground level of the Polo Towers property.  The family water park and play area features a covered area with outside tables, vending machines, many water activities, and much more.  Towels are available poolside.  Water park hours are 8am - 10pm.  An adult must accompany children under 13 years old. It is also subject to being closed due to season weather conditions.

  • What kinds of transportation is available from Polo Towers?
    Our 24 hour Bell Desk staff is here is assist you with any transportation needs.  They work with Budget Car Rental Company or rental cars.  They run a daily shuttle bus to the Fashion Show Mall. Please contact concierge desk for a current schedule.   They are able to call a taxi for you and set up shuttle service from Polo Towers to the airport for your trip home.

  • Does Polo Towers have Room Service?
    Currently, Polo Towers does not have any room service available, however there are many restaurants in close proximity to Polo Towers. We do also provide a menu for Order Inn, a local restaurant that provides delivery.

    All local and 1-800 phone calls from Polo Towers are 50 cents.  All long distance call rates vary upon where you are calling and the time of day you are calling.

  • Is there a Security Deposit that is required of you and check in?
    All owners and guests must put down a $100.00 security deposit via credit card per room upon check in.  This covers any incidentals to the room such as charges to the Pony Express Logo Shop.

    The Front Desk stocks many board games for all to enjoy.  There is no charge to check out these games. Please ask at the front desk for types of games and availability. (Note: games are available on a first come, first served basis.)
