The Proposed 2006 Renovation provides funds to purchase furniture, to upgrade or replace unit furnishings, renovation construction and labor. Your Board of Directors is confident that these extensive improvements will maintain the quality of your property at Polo Towers.

Your Board of Directors strongly recommends that you approve the Proposed 2006 Suites Renovation. We have a great, dedicated professional team and a resort that we are proud of. We have an excellent housekeeping team in place who have established a quality assurance inspection system which assures consistently clean rooms. Please allow us to properly fund this most important renovation to continue the superior quality of Polo Towers Resort. We deserve the best!
