Polo Towers has long been the benchmark for luxury vacation ownership, due to its prime location on the Strip and its award winning resort and interior designs. From Polo’s entry to the market in the early 1990s, its Suites captured the attention of the industry with clean, crisp Chic styling. In 2000, the Tuscan-inspired casual elegance of the Villas set a new standard of luxury. In January 2003, the 17th & 18th floors of Tower I, originally housing the sales center, were converted to Skyview Suites and introduced to Owners, with a new, light, modern, Tuscan-inspired theme. Their design, based on letters, satisfaction surveys, and feedback from the Owners and Guests of Polo Towers, who had come to expect the highest standard in their accommodations and to tie the Suites in with the resort’s updated design. Most important, all the upgraded Studio units were designed to allow them to be exchanged with Interval International.
As an Owner or Guest of the resort, we constantly ask for your feedback and suggestions. And in the past year, the customer satisfaction surveys that we received confirmed your desire to upgrade the Suites to bring them up date and in line with the rest of the resort’s standards and design. More importantly, Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) information provided to us from our exchange partner, confirm this information as well. Whether you are an Owner who uses your vacation week to stay at the resort each year or use your week to exchange, this feedback should be very important to you. Polo Towers has long been regarded as the finest five-star accommodation in Las Vegas, most valuable for you as an Owner staying on property or using your time in the exchange system. Many of the Suites units are more than ten years old, and although they have been maintained to the highest standards, their age and design have become an issue and could in time jeopardize the resort’s five star rating.
